Morris County's lakes community — moisture-aware roofing since 2004
Denville Township is anchored by two private lake communities — Indian Lake and Cedar Lake — that give it a character distinct from the surrounding Morris County suburban landscape. The lake-community homes range from 1930s-40s summer cottages (now used year-round) to 1960s-80s purpose-built residences, all sharing proximity to fresh water and the moisture conditions that come with it. Higher humidity, more persistent dew and fog, and the algae/moss growth that follows are the defining roofing concerns in Denville's lake communities. Beyond the lake areas, Denville's Township-wide suburban development is typical Morris County residential — and we handle that too. Together, these two housing characters give us a lot to know about Denville specifically, and we've learned it over 20 years of work here.
