A planned community from 1929 — and decades of roofing that followed
Fair Lawn is home to Radburn — the 1929 "Town for the Motor Age" designed by Clarence Stein and Henry Wright, recognized as a National Historic Landmark. The Radburn superblocks and their distinctive pedestrian-path-facing homes represent one of the earliest planned communities in American history, and they require roofing care that honors that heritage. Beyond Radburn, Fair Lawn has extensive postwar residential neighborhoods — capes, splits, and colonials that span the 1940s through the 1970s and are reaching the age where roofing decisions can't be deferred.
Fair Lawn homeowners tend to stay in their homes for decades and take care of their properties seriously — which means they're making an investment decision, not a crisis repair, when they call us. We respect that approach and give every project the honest assessment and quality installation that a long-term investment deserves.
